YourCrush.AI is a space for creativity, storytelling, and connection. To maintain a safe and positive environment for our global community, we have established these Community Guidelines. Failure to adhere to these standards may result in strict account penalties.

1. The Principle of Safety

We prioritize the safety of our users and the broader public above all else. While we encourage freedom of expression, we draw a hard line at content that causes real-world harm.

Strictly Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)

Child Safety:

Any content depicting, normalizing, or soliciting sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of minors (CSAM) is strictly illegal. We report all instances to the NCMEC and relevant authorities immediately.

Violence/Terrorism:

Content promoting violent extremism, terrorism, self-harm, suicide, or mass violence is banned.

Real People:

Generating non-consensual sexual content (NCSC/Deepfakes) of real individuals is prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban.

2. Harassment & Hate Speech

We do not tolerate behavior that attacks, threatens, bullies, or marginalizes individuals or groups. This includes:

  • Slurs or degradation based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or serious medical conditions.
  • Targeted harassment, doxxing, or inciting others to harass.
  • Glorification of hate groups or ideologies.

3. Adult Content Policy

YourCrush.AI allows for exploration of adult themes for users over the age of 18, provided it fits within the bounds of consent and legality.

  • Consensual Interactions: All roleplay scenarios must be consensual within the context of the narrative.
  • Proper Tagging: Characters or scenarios involving mature themes must be appropriately categorized to ensure they are not accessible to inappropriate audiences.
  • Prohibited Fetishes: Content involving non-consensual violence, gore, or illegal acts is not permitted.

4. Enforcement Actions

We employ a combination of automated moderation tools and human review to enforce these guidelines. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may take the following actions:

Permanent BanIrreversible removal of account and reporting to authorities if illegal.
