1. OUR PHILOSOPHY
YourCrush.AI is designed to be a safe, inclusive, and creative space where imagination knows no bounds. We believe in the power of AI to facilitate storytelling, companionship, and exploration. To maintain this environment, we have established these Community Guidelines. They apply to all users, content, and interactions on our platform. By using our Services, you agree to uphold these standards.
2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES & CONTENT
You may not use the Services to generate, publish, or share content that falls into the following categories. Violation of these policies may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
A. Child Safety (Zero Tolerance)
We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content that endangers minors. This includes:
- CSAM: Any depiction of sexual violence, sexual exploitation, or nudity involving minors. We automatically report all instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.
- Grooming: Content that simulates or promotes grooming behaviors, pedophilia, or the sexualization of children.
- Harm to Minors: Any content that encourages self-harm, suicide, or dangerous acts specifically targeting minors.
B. Violence & Extremism
You may not generate content that promotes, facilitates, or encourages:
- Acts of Terror: Propaganda or material supporting terrorist organizations or violent extremist ideologies.
- Real-World Violence: Specific threats of violence against individuals, groups, or places.
- Self-Harm: Content that glorifies, encourages, or provides instructions for suicide, self-mutilation, or eating disorders.
C. Hate Speech & Harassment
We are a community for everyone. We prohibit:
- Hate Speech: Content that dehumanizes, attacks, or promotes violence against individuals based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or disease.
- Harassment & Bullying: Targeted attacks, doxxing (revealing private personal information), or persistent unwanted contact.
D. Illegal Activities
The platform cannot be used to facilitate crimes:
- Trafficking: Promotion of human trafficking, sexual services, or the sale of illegal goods (drugs, weapons).
- Fraud: Phishing, scams, or content designed to deceive users for financial gain.
3. CUSTOM VOICES POLICY
Our Custom Voice Service allows for powerful personalization, but comes with strict responsibilities. You must certify that you have all necessary rights or consents to upload and clone any voice samples.
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Clone the voice of a non-consenting individual.
- Clone voices of public figures for the purpose of defamation, misinformation, or non-satirical impersonation that could deceive the public.
- Use custom voices to generate hate speech, threats, or harassment.
4. NSFW & ADULT CONTENT
We allow for the exploration of mature themes and adult content, provided it is consensual, legal, and appropriately labeled. However, there are lines we do not cross:
- Non-Consensual Sexual Content (NCSC): Deepfakes or AI-generated sexual imagery of real people without their consent is strictly prohibited.
- Extreme Violence/Gore: Gratuitous depictions of torture, mutilation, or snuff content.
- Bestiality & Necrophilia: These categories are strictly prohibited.
5. ENFORCEMENT & REPORTING
We employ a variety of methods to enforce these guidelines, including automated detection systems and human moderation teams.
Reporting Violations
Community safety is a shared responsibility. If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately via the in-app reporting tools or by emailing us.

Consequences
Depending on the severity of the violation, we may take action ranging from:
- Issuing a warning.
- Removing the offending content.
- Temporarily suspending your account.
- Permanently terminating your account and banning you from the Services.
- Reporting illegal content to law enforcement.
